Unusual five stone ring with 5 large opaque lapis lazuli stones in a prominent 18K gold mount with claw setting, very popular during the Edwardian period. The gold setting is emphasized as well as the stone. The lapis stones are a beautiful shade of blue. Small old cut diamonds are interspersed in between. This is a classic five stone ring of the Edwardian period, with an unusual choice of stone.
The last photo in our lineup shows our collection of five stone rings from the turn of the 20th century.
The ring is a size 7.5 but ideally needs a medium to larger finger size because the stones are large and span a fairly wide distance across the finger. Therefore we do not recommend sizing this ring smaller.
