Edwardian gold and platinum bracelet with bold curb link round chain and a simple double ring and clasp and horseshoe motif. The horseshoe represents luck and the horseshoe on our bracelet is ornamented with platinum "nails". Platinum was a new metal used in jewelry production around the turn of the 20th century. Popular for its great strength, it was lightweight at the same time. We love the look of the rose colored gold against the platinum and the pattern of 3 platinum links followed by 3 gold links which continues throughout. The lightweight curb link, with its 2 tones of metal, is a great accompaniment to other rigid silver and gold bracelets. The bracelet weighs 12.33 grams.
