Rare Wedgwood early Victorian blue and white jasperware bead necklace. Jasperware is a type of pottery developed by Josiah Wedgwood in the 1770s. Noted for its matte finish it was produced in a number of colors of which the best known is a pale blue now known as Wedgwood Blue, as in the piece. The necklace measures 18 1/4" long.

Striking Victorian bracelet of gutta percha and French jet. These two substances were used often in the late 1800's when dark jewelry became popular. French jet is black glass that is easily molded into beads and other shapes. Gutta percha is a latex substance from Malaysian trees used to make jewelry.
